Golf Tournament Event: A classic conference event opener! Tee it up and turn up the energy—our conference golf event is where competition meets connection on the fairway. Expect big swings, bigger laughs, and the kind of networking that only happens between the tee box and the 18th green.

Motorcycle Ride
Event: A newly added Friday event is perfect for a beautiful April morning in Louisiana. Enjoy an iconic ride through some of the most beautiful southern scenery, the camaraderie of other riders on the open road, and a meal/refreshment stop along the way.

Hospitality Night
Location: Mardi Gras World

Theme: Mardi Gras Krewes Attire: Purple, Green, and Gold Mardi Gras Style Participation: All Conference Registered Guests and Sponsors (No Business Session, Only Guests).
Description: Come and “LAISSEZ les bons TEMPS” as our DRU’s show up and show off their unique Mardi Gras Krewe imaginations with designed costumes, signature drinks, and throws! Music and entertainment, along with complimentary drinks, jambalaya, and beans.
