Friday, April 17th

Golf Event

6:30am – 2:00pm. Golf Event at English Turn.

6:30am – 7:50am. Registration & Practice Are Open. Breakfast is served!

7:50am – 8:00am. Final Remarks and Rules Overview

8:00am – 12:00pm. Shotgun Start

12:00pm – 2:00pm. Lunch, Raffle and Awards Presentation, and Closing Remarks

Motorcycle Ride

9:00am – 2:00pm. The motorcycle ride starts and ends at Jackson Barracks.

8:30am – 9:00am. Rider Assembly

9:00am – 9:15am. Pre-Ride Safety Briefing

9:15am – 10:15am. Kickstands Up and Travel

10:15am – 11:30am. Arrive at Southside Café & Lunch

11:30am – 12:30pm. Planned return / Arrival

12:00pm – 6:00pm. Conference Registration, Celestin Foyer, 3rd Floor.

Childcare

5:30pm – 10:30pm. Imperial 11/12—4th Floor.

Friday Night Social
**Conference wristbands are required to board buses and enter a Mardi Gras world!

6:00pm – 10:00pm. Friday Night Social at Mardi Gras World. No POVs Allowed.

Shuttle buses are located at the Hyatt Bus Terminal: 1st floor behind & to the right of hotel check-in.

First Bus departs at 5:15pm and then rotates.

The last bus departs Mardi Gras World at 10:30–10:45 PM.

Saturday, April 18th

Registration and Breakfast

8:00am – 2:00pm. Exhibits: Celestin F – H, F–G, F Corridor – 3rd Floor

7:00am – 10:30am. Registration Opens. Celestin Foyer 3rd Floor

7:00am – 9:00am. Breakfast, Celestin F-H, 3rd Floor.

Business Session

8:30am – 10:10am. Business Session I (Awards Presentations), Celestin D/E, 3rd Floor.

10:10am – 10:35am. (Break) & Spouses released to attend Spouse Event

10:35am – 12:00pm. Business Session II, Guest Speaker, TAG Presentation

12:00pm – 1:30pm. Lunch Breakout Sessions.

Retiree Luncheon, Strad 12-2nd Floor
CGO Luncheon, Imperial 5
SLF (Senior Leader Forum) Luncheon, Strand 13-2nd Floor

Business Session (continued)
1:30pm – 3:00pm. Business Session III, Sponsor Awards, Guest Speaker, Reports

Spouse Event

Gala Dinner
**Conference wristbands are required to enter lunches, cocktail receptions, and the Gala Formal Dinner!

5:00pm – 6:00pm. Warrant Officer Mixer, Celestin Foyer, 3rd Floor (Private Area)

5:00pm – 6:00pm. Pre-Gala Social (all others), Celestin Foyer, 3rd Floor.

5:00pm – 6:00pm. TAG VIP Reception, 8 Block Restaurant. (Invitation Only)

6:00pm – 10:00pm. Doors Open for Gala Formal Dinner, Celestin Ballroom
