Sponsors, want to attend our state conference?
The NGALA is a nonprofit organization comprised of active and retired Army and Air National Guard officers. Its formation aims to promote the welfare of National Guard personnel, strengthen national security, and foster and improve the National Guard of Louisiana and the National Guard of the United States as essential components of the US armed forces.
Should you decide to become a corporate sponsor of NGALA, we are pleased to invite you to join NGALA at our 95th Annual Conference, to be held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, 601 Loyola Ave, New Orleans, LA 70113, from 17 to 18 April 2026. Our 95th Annual Conference will officially open to all attendees starting on Friday, followed by our Friday night hospitality and social event (Mardi Gras World). On Saturday, we will conduct our opening business, which will include a roll call, a TAG State of the Guard address, and an awards presentation. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit sponsor booths throughout the day.

Friday Events

Motorcycle Fun Ride
A newly added Friday event is perfect for a beautiful April morning in Louisiana. Enjoy an iconic ride through some of the most beautiful southern scenery, the camaraderie of other riders on the open road, and a meal/refreshment stop along the way.

Golf
A classic conference event opener! Tee it up and turn up the energy—our conference golf event is where competition meets connection on the fairway. Expect big swings, bigger laughs, and the kind of networking that only happens between the tee box and the 18th green.

Friday Night Social Event. Theme—Mardi Gras
You won’t want to miss this high-energy Friday night event, held at the iconic Mardi Gras World, where Mardi Gras is made! This event involves live music or a DJ, Krewe costumes, and group and individual skits and competitions. Guests will enjoy several Louisiana-style dishes and signature drinks—a truly memorable event. “Presented By / Sponsored By” venue branding and signage at this significant event is available at the Diamond Elite level.
Saturday Events
Morning/afternoon:

Business Session
Members of the association conduct their required business while seeking a partner vendor to fill a gap or solve a problem in their operations, maintenance, training, or personnel areas. Sponsors are encouraged to engage with participants whenever opportunities arise outside the actual business session. This is where partnerships are formed, and ideas begin to take shape. Come with your “A” game and show off what you brought to the table!
Mid-day:

Company-Grade and Retiree Luncheons
The retirees and company-grade officers participate in separate luncheon events immediately following the main business session on Saturday. Each session will have separate guest speakers or a discussion tailored to those groups. Your company name and icon will be displayed at the entrance and throughout the venue, announced periodically during the event, and featured on the State Conference webpage. Sponsors at the Silver level and above are also invited to attend one or more of these events focused on career/employment opportunities.

Strategic Leadership Forum (SLF) Luncheon
The SLF luncheon is not a standard conference meal. It is a premium, invitation-only, engagement-focused environment where select premier sponsors join Louisiana’s senior Army and Air Force leaders for focused, purposeful conversation. It’s the only luncheon where the agenda isn’t food—it’s visibility, connection, and presence. At the SLF Luncheon, Platinum-level sponsors and above have a rare opportunity to showcase solutions, capabilities, and mission alignment to the Guard’s top leadership. This is center stage, full attention, no competing noise.
Evening:

TAG VIP Reception
This is a special invitation-only cocktail reception with select leaders from organizations that encourage the spirit of the National Guard. As one of our Silver or higher Corporate Sponsors, you will be able to interact with and network with our senior leaders while enjoying refreshments before attending the dinner and gala. Your company name and icon will be displayed at the entrance and throughout the venue, announced periodically during the event, and featured on the State Conference webpage.

Saturday Night Formal Ball and Dinner
This formal attire event includes the distinguished “Parade of Commanders,” the gritty “grog” ceremony steeped in history, dinner for all attendees, and live entertainment following. Your company will be formally recognized during the ceremony. Your company name and icon will be displayed at the entrance and throughout the venue, announced periodically during the event, and featured on the State Conference webpage.
