The NGALA is non-profit organization made up of active and retired Army and Air National Guard Officers. NGALA was formed for the purpose of promoting the welfare of National Guard personnel; promoting and supporting national security; fostering and improving the National Guard of Louisiana and the National Guard of the United States as a component of the Armed forces of the United States.

As always, we value your sponsorship. Sponsorship includes registration, exhibit space, attendance at the social and our gala banquet, logo placement on our website, and limited participation in our golf tournament. We also provide you with every possible opportunity to meet and interact with our members and talk about your products and services. We host a cocktail party which gives our sponsors the opportunity to meet and mingle with our leadership team before our banquet. If you prefer, you may purchase exhibit space, or partner as an Individual Guest or Group Guest and visit with our members during conference breaks or during the golf tournament.
In order to provide increased opportunities for our corporate partners to sponsor NGALA and further support our mission, The NGALA invites our corporate, industry and small business partners to participate in our annual conference and exhibition by obtaining exhibit space as a Group Guest or by sponsoring the event at the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels. Each of these levels allows our sponsors to receive recognition and privileges and includes the exhibit fee and many other benefits at our annual conference.

In addition to sponsorship of our annual conference, we offer opportunities to sponsor our refreshment breaks. There will be a total of three refreshment breaks during our annual business meeting Saturday morning. Your co-sponsorship or full sponsorship of a refreshment break suite will give your company the opportunity to gain invaluable exposure during our annual meeting. You will be given recognition both in our conference program and on signage at the function. Sponsorship is reserved to NGALA corporate members.
Should you decide to become a corporate sponsor of NGALA, I am pleased to also invite you to join NGALA at our 93rd Annual Conference, to be held at the Raising Cane’s Convention Center located at 275 River Rd S, Baton Rouge LA 70802 from 19 April – 21 April 2024. Our 93rd Annual Conference will officially open to all attendees with a Golf Tournament on Friday, followed by our Friday evening social event. On Saturday we will conduct our business and breakout sessions, with the Corporate Sponsor’s Cocktail hour and our formal banquet on Saturday evening. Our conference will conclude Sunday morning. This Friday night event is usually outdoors, weather permitting, and involves live music or DJ and several choices of Louisiana buffet-style food and refreshments. Company-Grade and Retiree Luncheons
These separate luncheon events for the retirees and the company grade officers are conducted immediately after the main business session on Saturday. Each session will have separate guest speakers or discussion tailored to those groups. Donation includes invite and to the luncheon and company recognition. VIP Social
This is a special event with select organization leaders that encourages the spirit of the National Guard. You will be able to interact specifically with section leaders while enjoying refreshments. Spouse’s Event
This is a special event for our spouses and display our support for our Soldier’s and Airmen’s families. You will be invited to attend the event and participate in refreshments. Your company name and icon will be displayed on the entrance, throughout the venue and on the State Conference webpage.
Saturday Night Gala Formal Dinner
This is a formal attire event that will include the parade of commanders, awards for selected personnel, dinner for all attendees, and entertainment after the formal ceremony.
