The NGALA is a non-profit organization comprised of active and retired Army and Air National Guard officers. Its formation aims to promote the welfare of National Guard personnel, strengthen national security, and foster and improve the National Guard of Louisiana and the National Guard of the United States as essential components of the US armed forces.

To increase opportunities for our corporate partners to sponsor NGALA and further support our mission, NGALA invites our corporate, industry, and small business partners to participate in our annual conference and exhibition by obtaining exhibit space as a group guest or by sponsoring the event at the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels. At our annual conference, each level allows our sponsors to receive recognition and privileges, including the exhibit fee and other benefits.

In addition to sponsorship of our annual conference, we offer opportunities to sponsor our refreshment breaks. There will be a total of three refreshment breaks during our annual business meeting on Saturday morning. Your co-sponsorship or full sponsorship of a refreshment suite will allow your company to gain invaluable exposure during our yearly meeting. We will recognize you in our conference program and on signage at the function. Sponsorship is reserved for NGALA corporate members.
Should you decide to become a corporate sponsor of NGALA, we are pleased also to invite you to join NGALA at our 94th Annual Conference, to be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 4728 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70808, from 21-23 March 2025. Our 94th Annual Conference will officially open to all attendees with a golf tournament on Friday, followed by our Friday evening social event. We will conduct our business and breakout sessions on Saturday during the corporate sponsor’s cocktail hour and our formal banquet, concluding the day’s events. Our conference will conclude on Sunday morning. We look forward to developing an enduring relationship with your company and encourage you to sponsor our influential Association. Golf Event at Santa Maria Course in Baton Rouge
Enjoy seeing your signage on 9 holes of golf. Trophies will bear your logo, creating a lasting impression for years. Friday Night Social Event. Theme: Heroes and Villians
This Friday night event is usually outdoors, weather permitting, and involves live music or DJ and several choices of Louisiana buffet-style food and refreshments. Special event trophies awarded during the evening will have your logo cast for a lasting impression for years to come. The venue and State Conference webpage will display your company name and icon.
Company-Grade and Retiree Luncheons
The retirees and company-grade officers participate in separate luncheon events immediately following the main business session on Saturday. Each session will have separate guest speakers or a discussion tailored to those groups. The donation includes an invitation to the luncheon and company recognition. VIP Social
This is a special event with select organization leaders that encourages the spirit of the National Guard. You will be able to interact specifically with section leaders while enjoying refreshments. Spouse’s Event
This is a special event for our spouses, and we are showing our support for our Soldiers’ and Airmen’s families. You will be invited to attend the event and participate in refreshments. Saturday Night Gala Formal Dinner
This formal attire event will include the parade of commanders, awards for selected personnel, dinner for all attendees, and entertainment after the formal ceremony.
